Since groups are kept small, specific dates for learning weekends are decided on as we proceed to best accommodate all students’ schedules. If classes need to be missed for extenuating circumstances, adjustments may be made with all students and faculty in agreement.
All Classes MUST be attended to pass.
If a student misses or cancels class, they can make it up with two options: 1. The student can choose to schedule a private workshop with faculty for an added fee of $250/hr of needed makeup. 2. It may also be available for the student to join an upcoming class.
We understand emergencies arise, and circumstances change, necessitating adjustments to plans. If something occurs where a student needs to take a break from the program, we do our best to work with the student’s situation. Continual communication is expected, and specifics will be discussed privately between student and faculty.
If a student decides to take a leave but does not notify faculty, their place in the program will be revoked, and if the student wants to return, they will have to re-enroll.
Pregnancy, illness, injury, and other situations we do understand and work with the individual.
Refunds will not be administered for any reason after payment is made. Each cohort is kept small for individualized support and guidance, and so by registering for the program, the student is reserving one of the few spots in the program. Faculty is open to discussing any questions prospective students may have and to discussing the program in full detail before committing to registering to ensure proper fit for student and faculty.
Students must adhere to the code of ethics and scope of practice according to NPCP standards. Any student who violates safety regulations, studio/program guidelines, interferes with other students’ work, is disruptive, disrespectful, or does not make timely payments will be subject to immediate termination from the program. If dismissed from program, no refund will be issued.
