Traditional Pilates Movement Collective Program Duration: 1 Year
NEXT START DATE: JULY 11, 2026
Is this program for me? The Bridge & Mentorship Program is specifically designed for Pilates teachers who have previously finished or partially completed a foundational teacher training program and are seeking to deepen their practice, expand their pedagogical toolset, and integrate the profound depth of the Traditional system into their existing framework. Rather than asking you to erase your prior training, this year-long journey serves as a collaborative, intellectually rigorous space to analyze, connect, and synthesize all methods of Pilates, ultimately elevating your authority and precision as a movement educator.
Full Program Curriculum & Inclusions:
1. Immersive Technical & Systemic Training
10 Monthly Studio Practicums (40 Hours Total): Join the current teacher training cohort for intensive, 4-hour monthly sessions. You will systematically progress through the entire Traditional lineage, beginning with foundational Mat principles and advancing through the comprehensive apparatus repertoire. Each meeting balances theoretical analysis with dedicated, supervised physical practice.
The Complete Traditional Pilates Manual: A comprehensive, professionally detailed reference guide outlining the archival order, biomechanical intent, spotting techniques, and precise execution of the classical repertoire.
2. Personalized Mentorship & Professional Development
One-on-One Guidance: Includes 3 private sessions with the Program Director to dissect your personal movement patterns, refine your cues, or address specific pedagogical challenges.
Ongoing Accessibility: Open, supportive communication lines. You have direct access to the Program Director and Associate Director via text and email throughout the year to answer emergent questions, discuss client cases, or clarify repertoire.
Preferred Pricing: Benefit from a dedicated student discount on any additional private sessions requested for the duration of the program.

4. The Bridge Seminar: Integrating the Method
Monthly 1-Hour Integration Sessions (Virtual or In-Studio): The core of the bridging experience. These monthly collaborative discussions focus on the exercises introduced in the previous practicum. We will systematically analyze the intersection between your original training and the Traditional method. By evaluating the "why" behind differing methodologies, you will develop a holistic, sophisticated comprehension of Pilates as a unified, evolving movement science.
